- Meet-Up Details

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your pickup details, including time and location. Before pickup, we’ll send a photo of the car and license plate. The driver will know your name—just kindly confirm it if needed.

- Zone-Based Pricing & Additional Charges

Our taxi service prices are based on standard zone coverage.

If your pickup location falls outside of the standard area, we will notify you in advance regarding any additional charges. If you're not satisfied with the revised price, you are welcome to request a full refund—no questions asked.

-How Your Return Ride Works?

For the return service, the initial driver will provide you with a company business card containing a contact number. If a return time is pre-arranged, the driver will return to the same pickup point at the scheduled time.

If not, simply contact the driver when you're ready to leave. They will inform you of the estimated pickup time and provide the vehicle’s license plate number for reference.

**Once payment is completed, our drivers will provide the agreed-upon service without requesting any additional payments or fees.** You're welcome to tip the driver directly if you wish. Please note that we are not involved in any tipping arrangements.
